Craighead County Couple Faces Charges in Pornography Manufacturing Case
JONESBORO, AR – Second Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney Scott Ellington announced today that his office has filed formal charges against Leslie Sessions and Derek Calloway for the manufacture of pornography in public places within the City of Jonesboro.
Sessions, 30, and Calloway, 37, both face three counts of Public Display of Hard-Core Sexual Conduct; three counts of Sale, Possession, or Distribution of Obscene Film; and three counts of Promoting Obscene Performance. Each of the nine charges is a Class D Felony, with a punishment range of 0-6 years and up to $10,000 fine.
Both were arrested on July 14th after officers obtained warrants for their arrests. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
